Structure design
Overall structure: Generally composed of an outer cylinder, an inner cylinder, a piston, and a base. The outer cylinder is usually made of metal and contains internal components and shock-absorbing oil; the piston rod in the inner cylinder connects the piston and extends out of the outer cylinder. One end is connected to the cab and can move up and down inside the cylinder.
Piston assembly: The piston is the core component. Located inside the inner cylinder, it divides it into upper and lower working chambers. The valve system on the piston can control the flow of oil between the two chambers. When the vehicle vibrates, the piston moves to make the oil generate damping force through valve throttling.
Base and connection: The base is used to connect with the cab suspension or other components. Bolts are mostly used for fixation. Its size and shape need to be adapted to the cab suspension structure of DAF models.
